Basically they were brought over cause they know people not because they truly deserve the position they have and it shows thru their work ethic. Upper management director and above, are all little buddies that were brought from other properties. Upper management are oblivious or just don’t want to deal with the real issues on hand. Seems like this is just an investment property to the tribe so it’s not a priority to fix things it seems like. They need to stick people from yamaava here to set things straight. Worse part is I think the tribe has no clue what is really going on here. Got to meet great people and I felt like we were off to a great start but it is a shame that palms are losing really good employees due to the lack of work culture and things have just gone downhill.
Reopening that property was a great experience.
